The Origin: An irresistible thought
In April 2019, Beissen was born—a burger joint inspired by a thought as simple as it is irresistible: that moment when you see a perfect burger and all you want to do is... bite it. The word Beissen, which means to bite in German, perfectly captures that impulse, that craving, that first reaction.

We believe a great burger starts with the eyes. Keeping our philosophy intact, we evolved into Beiben, specializing in Smash Burgers in the heart of the Arganzuela neighborhood in Madrid. We focus on offering a unique experience, using high-quality meat and fresh vegetables to create juicy and tasty burgers that stand out for their unmistakable flavor and texture.
